DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
As the Director of Customer Experience & Operations at Curio Projects I manage four main pillars of the business and these include, customer experience which includes managing the relationships of our amazing current clients (this one is so important to us and brings me lots of joy!), financial tracking, staff performance, and systems & processes.
Previous to working at Curio Projects, I worked at Business Chicks managing a program that helped female-led businesses scale and succeed and before that, I was an events manager at CPA Australia. I love working at Curio Projects and being able to bring my experience to the table, it's such an exciting and innovative industry and I’m loving every second!
Outside of Curio Projects, I’m also a magician and MC and absolutely love, telling stories and creating magic!
